But they would require you to personally report to their office during office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during Saturdays. Bring the following documents: a) Diploma, b) Transcript of Records, c) Notarized summary of Related Learning Experience (RLE), d) Board Certificate, e) Board Rating, f) PRC Identification Card (Professional Regulation Commission), and, g)Employment Certificate.

Job Qualifications:
